Why
should I submit my website to the search engines?
If you have any hopes
of getting new visitors to your website they will need to be able to
find you on the internet. The search engines are the most obvious
place to visitors to start their search.
Most internet users
will go to one of the TOP search engines and put some keywords in a
search box. The search engine then produces the search results with
a list of websites. If you want your website to be found within the
list, you will need to submit your website to the search engines to
tell them about your website.
How
much will it cost to submit to the top search engines?
Paid inclusion programs will
include your website for an annual fee.
Our recommendation is less than $60 per year and includes Submission
to 15 of the most popular search engines, including Yahoo! and
Google.
Pay-per-click programs will charge
a one time set up fee and charge you a set pay-per-click fee for
every visitor that clicks on your website after they have found it
on a search engine. You will put $ 50 or more in your account and
each click will deduct a fee from your account. Most clicks will
cost
.30 cents per click. You can control your monthly spending based on
your budget because you control how much you put into your account
and how often you add funds to your account.
